Teganuma, Adult magazines, Maglev Linear motor train...
Teganuma Running
On the last Sunday of September, I went to Teganuma, Chiba prf. to go running around to fix my rusty and lazy body. I expected it to be a good place for runners and it actually was.
I am usually at the desk and in front of screen, most of the time under the root, so it's good experience for me to be under the sun and shake my body off and keep things going.
■All adult magazines at convenience store will be gone due to the Olympic 2020?

There is rumors abound concerning adult magazines sold at convenience stores in Japan.
Rumors saying they are banned and removed, since when IOC inspection party visited Tokyo they were frowning upon that "adult magazine corner" at convenience store.
So Can the gov. just say no to "adult magazines" and order them to stop selling?
According to the law if the government try to interfere with the store's business and ban the selling of adult stuffs, it seems to be against the japanese constitution.
so what happens? My opinion is that it's their choice of what to sell and what should be put on shelf, and these adult stuffs have been on the shelf for over the last 10 yrs or something. I don't think it's against the law. And since these adult stuffs are almost at every stores and somehow they are willing to do so(I just don't think not many people try to get one of these at the store though), Olympics should not matter here. It's one of our culture after all.
I also think it's preferable to remove these stuffs from parents' perspective. These stuffs should not be around childrens' active range, they CAN see and wonder what they are.

I watched this amazing movie since most of my colleagues recommended.

This great game will be delivered within 4 days to my home. Since Japanese edition will be avaiable in October and I don't need it to be translated, I have unconciously pushed the button on Amazon.
Actually I never played well FPS or TPS since my brain goes nuts everytime I play these 3D games. Hope this one will be the first one. Fail list so far is "CoD, Borderlands." Let's find out in 4 days.

Voice actress for new vocaloid "Meruri" revealed

It was revealed on Sunday at TGS2013 that voice actress for new vocaloid "Meruri" was turned out to be Misaki Kamata, who has been working as a singer and also did a voice for "mo2".
She will be available for download in December this year and released as a package in January 2014.
Just in case, I'm not a big fan of vocaloid but since my friend asked me to translate this...

Nobody shouldn't use trains in Hokkaido, we have great bikes and cars instead. Here's my personal experience.
Once I have been to Hokkaido with my bicycle and travelling around. Used train only 3 times but everytime I had some sorts of troubles.
1. Windows are open for some reasons. Strong winds come in and sometimes make inside cold and uncomfortable. Why not close it? I couldn't find a way to do it.
2. Since windows are open(of course some of them), some unexpected and uninvited ones may invade in. My case it was a bee, a big one. It struck and was moving around inside the car.
3. Two cars and only one entrance. It works the same as a bus, there is a entrance in the front and people can go out for the rear back door. This system is not cool, especially for bicycle riders who want their bicycles in.

Nichijo
Awww this is the kind of anime I love the most, silly yet hilarious. 50% of the content is just exaggerated daily life, but the rest does happen sometimes which makes me laugh out loud. Some are not familiar to non-Japanese people so quite hard to understand, (like the one on Menko or playing pans), but it's a good way to learn Japanese culture through this kind of anime.

1993 Bombay bombings
"The Supreme Court sentenced Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt to 5 years in jail for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai blast case." When I first took a look of this statement in a news site, I was astonished since one of my favorite wrestler's name was Sonjay Dutt.
Just that's about it. It was turned out to be that this bombing case was not relevant to the name change of Bombai, (seems to be caused by the political change in 1995.)

Edgeが登場しCutting Edgeの復活を宣言。
Edgeは、「今夜のゲストとして元相棒としてオートンを招きたいが、今はただの操り人形となってしまった。だから今夜は他のゲストを用意した、ビジネスの為になるゲストを。」と、ここでDaniel Bryanが登場。
日曜日の意気込みを尋ねているところにOrtonが乱入。
「復帰先としこんなちんけなカナダへ選んだり、若くして体をイカレさせるとは悲しい男よ。」と挑発。Edgeはいつオートンは操り人形に成り下がったのかと反論。
ここでHHHが登場し、何か文句があるようなので面と向かって言えるように出てきたぞという。EdgeはHHHがタレントを見る目はおかしいと指摘。HHHはEdgeもJerichoもCenaも元々は成功しないと言ってきたが、それは間違いだったと。
HHHは嫌味にもEdgeが出演している番組を宣伝。
HHHは己のタレントを見る目が誤っていたこともあるが、それはタレントが自分の期待を乗り越えてきたからの話であるとのこと。CenaもJerichoも自分の存在を証明できたが為に今に至っている。ただたった1人、自分の見る目が正しかった男が、この男は成功しないと見込み、実際に失敗した男がいる。それはEdgeだという。
「Edgeは今カナダや業界では伝説と呼ばれているのかもしれないが、実際Rated RKOも失敗だったし、他のような輝きがなかった。その意味で、俺は正しかった。【俺が間違っていたと言わせること】が証明なんだ。JerichoもCenaもそうしてきたように、俺はBryanにもその機会を与える。」

The Shieldのメンバーが間に入りEdgeは警戒して足を止める。
HHHは挑発しながら「トロントは俺の町だ。立ち去れ」と告げる。
もし助けが必要ならShieldが面倒を見るが…と伝えると、
Edgeは怒りの表情を見せながらも何も告げずに立ち去る。

先週の回想。Big ShowがDaniel Bryanをノックアウトしたシーン。
Big Showが控室で思い込んだ表情を浮かべていると、Booker Tが登場しBig Showに話しかける。先週は俺でも同じことをした、しかし自分のプライドの為に取り返しのつかない過ちを犯してはならないと忠告。
Bray Wyattの奇妙なプロモ。プロモだと必殺技の威力が100倍に見える。次に登場。
Dolph Ziggler vs. Bray Wyatt
依然としてWyatt familyは歓声こそ生むものの試合はそれほど上手ではない。
Wyattが相変わらず奇妙な動きを見せるも、試合は意外にも普通に展開していく。
試合巧者のZigglerのお陰でWyattが通常の試合も展開できることを証明できたか。最後は家族の妨害で隙をみせたZigglerに必殺技を放ったWyattが勝利。この必殺技だけは認めない…

Goldustのプロモ2。簡単に言えばWWF時代の映像集。
Booker Tとの絡みが多々。

Heymanはカナダの医者は信用しないのでNYから医者を連れてきているとのこと。診断の結果、日曜日の試合は棄権せざるを得ないとのこと。パンクとの試合を心待ちにしていたが、今週末はNYの実家で大人しくすると告げ立ち去ろうとする。
するとRaw GMが登場。WWEには公式の医師で診断を受ける保険が含まれている。もし本当に怪我をしているかどうかはWWE公式の医師の診断結果が必要になると告げ、直ちに診断を始めるようアナウンス。
"This is awkward!"コール。医師が椅子に座ったHeymanを診断するも、時よりHeymanは苦痛の表情を浮かべる。GMが結果を尋ねると、特に重傷に繋がる症状は見られないため日曜日の試合は問題ないだろうと告げる。激高するHeyman。
CM Punkが木刀を持ってリングになだれ込みNYのドクターを殴打。続けてAxelとHeymanを攻撃しようと試みるが2人は早々に退散。リングに残ったNYのドクターを追い回すが、理性に帰ったかリングから出るよう誘うパンク。しかし出ようとしたところを連打の応酬。Heymanに向けてのアピール。医者の怪我を治す医者はどこか。
AJが登場し実況席へ。

試合中に観客が暴走。"RVD!"コール、"Undertaker!"コール。試合は堅実に面白いけどそれ以上にならないのが両者の欠点か。強烈な顔面キックからクロスアームブレーカーでDel Rioのタップアウト勝ち。

5チームによるタッグ王座第一挑戦者決定戦。

最近タッグ部門の試合が面白いところで安定しているので、もっと特殊試合を増やして勢いを増してほしいところ。

Santino Mareraが復活! Power walkでリングを一周し観客と戯れ。

試合中、CesaroがMareraの脚を掴んでジャイアントスイング。脚を掴んだまま約1分間回転し続ける!! 観客もこれには興奮し、"Holy Shit"コール! 見てるだけでも気持ち悪くなってきた…（笑） その後まもなく平常心で試合を続けるMareraさんは尊敬に値します。試合途中でZebが女子高生のように髭をいじるのが可愛い。くないか。一度コブラを取り出すが防がれ、コブラは観客のもとへ投げられてしまう。試合は突如足払いを放って丸め込んだMareraが大勝利!

Goldust、相変わらずの鳥肌入場、色んな意味でよ。衰えを感じさせない動きに観客からも歓声。試合も10分に近い内容だが好試合。Ortonが試合中に"Yes! Yes!"を連呼しRKOの体勢へ。しかしRKOを完璧に切り返して弟の必殺技であるクロスローズをお見舞い! しかし無常のカウント2.9! 最後は電光石火のRKOで切り返され決着。Cody奪還ならず…。

OrtonはWWE王者の割に僅差の試合が多い…その駆け引きの巧さが認められる所以なんでしょうけどね。試合後にOrtonがマイク。「Goldustの弟を救う夢が儚く散った如く、Bryanの王座を追う夢も儚く砕け散るだろう。」

最近のふてぶてしい自由なRybackを気に入っているのは私だけか。伸び伸びとやっているようで好き。試合が始める直前にAlberto Del Rioが登場、日曜日は"RVD"コールではなく"ADR"コールが叫ばれるだろうと。RVDはGoldbergと絡んだこともあるので懐かしい感じ? 次々に飛び回るRVDの機敏さは衰えず素晴らしい。場外でRybackがRVDを担ぎあげ股間から鉄柱に激突させ、反則をとられる。
勝者: RVD （反則勝ち）
試合後にRVDに向けてShell Shockを放ち勝ち誇るRyback。
リングに向かうBig Showを引き留めるStephanie。
Big ShowにThe Shieldに手を出さないように忠告する。もし手を出した場合、追放されることになるとのこと。怒り狂いテレビを放りなげるBig Show。

Indie時代を知っている自分としては夢の試合。何回か普通に行われているけどこれはPPVのメインを張れるはず。Ambroseが未だShieldの境界を出ないのでやむを得ぬか。Big Showは椅子に座りながらBryanを鼓舞。"This is awesome!"な試合、本当に展開が面白い、いつ見ても! 最後には早業の丸め込みでBryanの勝利!

試合後、納得のいかないAmbroseがBryanを奇襲するも、Bryanが反撃しThe Shieldの2人のもとへ投げつけ勝利アピール! そこにOrtonが登場しBryanを奇襲、Sheildも加勢し圧倒。Big Showは命じられた通り手を出せず、OrtonがRKOをBryanに放つ。
HHHが再度登場し、Big ShowにBryanをノックアウトするように命じる。
Ortonが加勢してBig Showに仕留めるように命じるが、Big Showは反抗して黙ったままでいる。OrtonがShowと口論している間にBryanが復活しOrtonに膝蹴りを放ちノックダウン! 遂に手にしたWWE王座ベルトと共に会場全体と"Yes!"チャントを繰り返し番組終了。
9月10日分のRAWの結果速報でございます。お久しぶりにやってみたり。
Edgeが登場しCutting Edgeの復活を宣言。
Edgeは、「今夜のゲストとして元相棒としてオートンを招きたいが、今はただの操り人形となってしまった。だから今夜は他のゲストを用意した、ビジネスの為になるゲストを。」と、ここでDaniel Bryanが登場。
日曜日の意気込みを尋ねているところにOrtonが乱入。
「復帰先としこんなちんけなカナダへ選んだり、若くして体をイカレさせるとは悲しい男よ。」と挑発。Edgeはいつオートンは操り人形に成り下がったのかと反論。
ここでHHHが登場し、何か文句があるようなので面と向かって言えるように出てきたぞという。EdgeはHHHがタレントを見る目はおかしいと指摘。HHHはEdgeもJerichoもCenaも元々は成功しないと言ってきたが、それは間違いだったと。
HHHは嫌味にもEdgeが出演している番組を宣伝。
HHHは己のタレントを見る目が誤っていたこともあるが、それはタレントが自分の期待を乗り越えてきたからの話であるとのこと。CenaもJerichoも自分の存在を証明できたが為に今に至っている。ただたった1人、自分の見る目が正しかった男が、この男は成功しないと見込み、実際に失敗した男がいる。それはEdgeだという。
「Edgeは今カナダや業界では伝説と呼ばれているのかもしれないが、実際Rated RKOも失敗だったし、他のような輝きがなかった。その意味で、俺は正しかった。【俺が間違っていたと言わせること】が証明なんだ。JerichoもCenaもそうしてきたように、俺はBryanにもその機会を与える。」
今夜のメイン戦としてDaniel Bryan vs. Dean Ambroseを決定。リングサイドにはThe Shieldがいる代わりにBryan側にもパートナーを置くとのこと。誰もがEdgeだと期待するが、それはBig Showだという。
Edge、HHHは独裁者でもなんでもないただのクソ野郎だと挑発。
HHH「手術後の残る引退兵であるEdgeを痛めつけようとは思わない。だとしたら愛する人に手を出すかもしれないな。」というと、The ShieldがズタズタになったChristianを引きづり出す。Edgeが駆け寄る中、HHH達は退場。
EdgeがChristianを介抱し助けを呼ぶ。
EdgeがHHHとStephanieのオフィスに押し入るも、
The Shieldのメンバーが間に入りEdgeは警戒して足を止める。
HHHは挑発しながら「トロントは俺の町だ。立ち去れ」と告げる。
もし助けが必要ならShieldが面倒を見るが…と伝えると、
Edgeは怒りの表情を見せながらも何も告げずに立ち去る。

先週のSmackdownでAxelが敗北したのを受けての再戦。
Paul HeymanはAxelに同行するが不満そうな表情を浮かべて登場。
試合中に"CM Punk!"コール。
Axelが理性を失いコーナーでKofiに殴打を続けたため、レフェリーは反則を告げる。

HeymanがAxelに駆け寄り、反則負けするとCMパンクと一騎打ちになるのは私だと説教。Axelは「日曜日は別の話だ」とはねのけKofiを襲いに接近。しかし、KofiのTIPキックが顔面に炸裂。Heymanは呆れた表情を浮かべてAxelに駆け寄り介抱。

GoldustがOrtonに勝利すれば先週解雇されたCodyが復活するとのこと。

先週の回想。Big ShowがDaniel Bryanをノックアウトしたシーン。
Big Showが控室で思い込んだ表情を浮かべていると、Booker Tが登場しBig Showに話しかける。先週は俺でも同じことをした、しかし自分のプライドの為に取り返しのつかない過ちを犯してはならないと忠告。
Bray Wyattの奇妙なプロモ。プロモだと必殺技の威力が100倍に見える。次に登場。
Dolph Ziggler vs. Bray Wyatt
依然としてWyatt familyは歓声こそ生むものの試合はそれほど上手ではない。
Wyattが相変わらず奇妙な動きを見せるも、試合は意外にも普通に展開していく。
試合巧者のZigglerのお陰でWyattが通常の試合も展開できることを証明できたか。最後は家族の妨害で隙をみせたZigglerに必殺技を放ったWyattが勝利。この必殺技だけは認めない…

Goldustのプロモ2。簡単に言えばWWF時代の映像集。
Booker Tとの絡みが多々。
Paul Heymanが両手に松葉杖を持って体を支えながらリングに再登場。Axelとドクターらしき髭もじゃの人物も同伴。Damian Sandowに似てるどくたー。
Heymanはカナダの医者は信用しないのでNYから医者を連れてきているとのこと。診断の結果、日曜日の試合は棄権せざるを得ないとのこと。パンクとの試合を心待ちにしていたが、今週末はNYの実家で大人しくすると告げ立ち去ろうとする。
するとRaw GMが登場。WWEには公式の医師で診断を受ける保険が含まれている。もし本当に怪我をしているかどうかはWWE公式の医師の診断結果が必要になると告げ、直ちに診断を始めるようアナウンス。
"This is awkward!"コール。医師が椅子に座ったHeymanを診断するも、時よりHeymanは苦痛の表情を浮かべる。GMが結果を尋ねると、特に重傷に繋がる症状は見られないため日曜日の試合は問題ないだろうと告げる。激高するHeyman。
CM Punkが木刀を持ってリングになだれ込みNYのドクターを殴打。続けてAxelとHeymanを攻撃しようと試みるが2人は早々に退散。リングに残ったNYのドクターを追い回すが、理性に帰ったかリングから出るよう誘うパンク。しかし出ようとしたところを連打の応酬。Heymanに向けてのアピール。医者の怪我を治す医者はどこか。
AJが登場し実況席へ。

試合中、CesaroがMareraの脚を掴んでジャイアントスイング。脚を掴んだまま約1分間回転し続ける!! 観客もこれには興奮し、"Holy Shit"コール! 見てるだけでも気持ち悪くなってきた…（笑） その後まもなく平常心で試合を続けるMareraさんは尊敬に値します。試合途中でZebが女子高生のように髭をいじるのが可愛い。くないか。一度コブラを取り出すが防がれ、コブラは観客のもとへ投げられてしまう。試合は突如足払いを放って丸め込んだMareraが大勝利!

Mizは相変わらず無難に試合を展開するが何故かファンからは不人気。

Goldust、相変わらずの鳥肌入場、色んな意味でよ。衰えを感じさせない動きに観客からも歓声。試合も10分に近い内容だが好試合。Ortonが試合中に"Yes! Yes!"を連呼しRKOの体勢へ。しかしRKOを完璧に切り返して弟の必殺技であるクロスローズをお見舞い! しかし無常のカウント2.9! 最後は電光石火のRKOで切り返され決着。Cody奪還ならず…。

Tokyo Olympics, Bluetooth, Pigs...

I'm not impartial person but I think the Tokyo's promotional video is the best, because we have a bunch of nerds who specialize in creating and editing a video masterpiece.
So will it be good for Japan to host Olympics?
People has been joyful and cheerful over the decision made by IOS that Japan will host Olympics in 2020. But one of my friends working in the "underworld"(not like she's commiting crimes though) said today that it means more regulations against underworld business. Olympics will definitely attract a lot of people and at the same time more money will be spent. To be continued... ↓

What is the benefits of hosting Olympics? Definite benefit would be the number of medals earned.
But it doesn't mean that it will help the economy to recover.
In 2020 there will be lots of foreigners coming into Tokyo to see Olympic games.
As an ICT guy, what I concern is the number of networking devices. In order for tablets and smartphones to operate out of their original scope, it needs standardized Wi-fi connection. I don't think Tokyo is Wi-fi friendly.

Annual Checkup, Porco Rosso, Breaststroke
Annual Checkup
Today I took an annual checkup as per my company's request.
It was the first time in a year I guess for me to have that nasty syringe injected to my arm. It was not as hurt as I expected but the worst part was that the nurse showed off the cup filled with my blood and said "Are you ok?" I felt dizzy watching an amount of my blood in the cup and was like "they took this much!?"
No I lied that did hurt.
Pool and Breaststroke
How many strokes do you take to swim 25m by breaststroke?
It feels good to watch a long and beautiful stroke.
btw I usually go to the pool in the afternoon before the sunset, but most of the times it's full of lively children swimming and playing around. Tonight I changed my mind and decided to go in the night around 7:00pm, but that was mistake. I totally forgot the existence of swimming school taken place for kids and girls which took up 2 lanes. Also in the night, there were "serious" and "rather professional-ish" swimmers around taking up 2 lanes for non-stop swim. There are only 6 lanes, so my playground was 2 lanes left for everybody, which was occupied with people walking, playing, and for the worst, dating in the pool. I better try early in the morning next time!

Today, Porco Rosso was aired just as it is every year, actually this was my first time to watch it from the beginning and until the end. Finally my Ghibli ranking has changed.

[Porco Rosso] It was the last summer of the war. We were flying over the Adriatic on our usual patrol, aiming at Istria. Belneldi was flying beside me. He was an old friend of mine. That guy. He got married just two days before. I was best man. He didn't have enough leave, so he returned to battle right after the ceremony.
All around me, friend and foe were falling like flies. I had three planes after me. I had no time to worry about my friend. In the end, I was the only one left from my unit. But the enemy never gave up chasing me. I made desperate efforts to fly away. My hands and feet went numb, and I grew dizzy. I thought I was going to die. Suddenly everything before my eyes turned white.
Maybe it was more like being in the center of light. Because of the strange light, it took me a while to realize that I was in a cloud. I was exhausted, and didn't have any strength left to fly. My plane just flew by itself. It was amazingly quiet, and the sky was really beautiful. Far above me there was a line of strange clouds.
[Captain Paggot : Old Porco] Berneldi, you're alive, aren't you! Berneldi, wait! Where're you going?! Berneldi, don't go! Are you going to leave Gina all alone?! I'll go in your place!
[Porco Rosso] When I recovered my senses, I was flying over the sea, almost touching it, alone.
[Fio] God said it wasn't your time yet, didn't he?
[Porco Rosso] I thought he was telling me to fly on alone, forever.
[Fio] That wouldn't have been right, because you're a good guy!
[Porco Rosso] The good guys were the ones who died. Besides, what I saw might have been Hell. Well, my story is over. Go to sleep. That damn junk man, sold me rusted cartridges.
[Fio] I'm glad you came back to live because I like you. "Kiss!" Good-night!

Every Monday night when I come back home after the work, I watch a program which features Japanese culture around the world(unfortunate I forgot the name but the one Tokoro-san and Beat-Takeshi are on). And in recent weeks it's been featuring an American show named "You're Cut Off" which I found really great. It's the show in which "nine spoiled women are ripped away from their lavish lifestyle and forced to join the normal middle class."

New Devices, New Life
Yeah, impulse makes all the difference sometimes especially when your wallet is heavy.
I changed my good-old Xperia acro and bought new Xperia Tablet Z and Xperia A.
Great sound quality SONY has provided is the main reason why I have been addicted to SONY rather than Apple's iPod series.
I've been wondering which tablet to buy though among, Nexus, Kindle fire HD, iPad...
by the way, when I succumbed to the alluere of state-of-the-arts gadgets, sales persons talked to me and introduced Xperia. I most of the times find these persons annoying since I rather want to look around by myself and don't want to be spoken to when I am reading descriptions.
Sales woman talked to me and asked what I am looking for. I said "Just looking around...I'm planning to change this smartphone somewhere in the future though." then her eyes had changed and she started taking me everywhere, explaining every new products and talking her stories... I got fascinated. Here's an awesome quote.
"If you can save $5 per month, what would you do? I would have a Ramen joro, how about you?"
Let me remind you that it was a woman who said that.

Dreams have come true for all Jojo fans in Japan, but not yet for fans around the world.
It's unlikely that JoJo games make it outside of Japan, and this will most likely stick to that trend. Due to the PlayStation 3′s architecture, however, the game is perfectly playable on consoles outside of its home country, as there’s no region-locking implemented.
I hope this will boost Jojo heat even outside Japan, and more and more Jojo products to be translated into many languages, officially.

Troubleshooting serial link through soft Loopback testing on CISCO Routers

Note: Softloop test should only be performed when serial link is down. If performed when the link is up, it will effect the data transmission.
Troubleshooting serial links is always critical issue in networking world. One of the smarter way to test the connectivity through different hops by looping, which can either be software based or hardware based.
Soft looping:
Soft looping is a method which feeds a required signal or data, back to the sender. Through soft looping physical connection problems, passing through various Hops can be rectified. In Cisco routers, soft loopback is implemented with a Cisco IOS configuration command, or with a loopback button on some CSU/DSU.
(Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit)
While working on a leased line or dedicated line, provided by ISP, there are times when we know there is some issue in leased line, then we can perform loopback test through our Cisco IOS and can do some measurement to rectify the exact problem.
In Cisco IOS, following soft loopback modes can be applied while testing :
Local : Loops the router data towards router and sends AIS towards the network.
Syntax :
loopback [remote {line {fdl ansi | inband} | payload fdl ansi}]
Link status can be analyzed through show interface serial x/x/x:x command in Cisco IOS. Point to remember is that whenever an interface will be looped, the output of show interface command will always be showing serial x is up, line protocol is down(looped).

Owww Kaiji is great, been so thrilled that I couldn't help but to watch 3 episodes.
I didn't like the style of this manga, especially Kaiji's pointy nose, but I got over it after a episode.
This anime is very well created but cannot be helped but feel hatred toward humans in general later.

Here's one of the ways to tell if a person is a Jojo lover or not.

Ordinaries would say "Gladiator?" or "A man fighting against a lion."
Some will say "We are all sleeping slaves of fate..." ok it's Jojo fan.
I have been reading Jojo again (never boring) since Jojo All Star Battle is just around the corner.
One of my dreams is to translate all Jojo manga official into many languages.
This masterpiece cannot be kept only for Japanese but should be for every human beings.

Rubella, also called German measles, is a disease spread by the coughs and sneezes of infected people. Symptoms include rash and fever for 2 to 3 days. Some people do not feel sick. If a pregnant woman gets rubella virus, her baby could have birth defects such as deafness, cataracts, heart defects, mental disabilities, and organ damage.
It seems Rubella has been eliminated in the United States. People who cannot show that they were vaccinated as children and who have never had rubella should be vaccinated.

Raw Food Recipe: Making Kefir & Growing Water Kefir Grains
I wonder how much these Kefir grains are. This seems around Y700 for "5 packs."

I wonder how much these Kefir grains are. This seems around Y700 for "5 packs."
I couldn't find any site which sells Kefir grains by the kilo.
Didn't know Kefir grows with honey sirup(sugar). If only I know how to make kefir grains from scratch...
The only reason why I featured Kefir today was I had this Kefir - Oogonto and found it really good.It's available at Seven-eleven, or somewhere else.
